Speaking at the foundation of a new warehouse facility in Khammam district, Bhatti Vikramarka denounced the BRS‐era neglect of Telangana’s irrigation infrastructure, notably pointing to the ₹1 lakh crore Kaleshwaram Scheme that allegedly failed to irrigate a single acre. He asserted Telangana’s stand against Andhra Pradesh's Banakacherla project, calling it illegal and unsanctioned by river boards. A cabinet visit is also scheduled to review the PC Ghose Commission report on Kaleshwaram.
